My love for spices, herbal teas, and a caffeine-free lifestyle inspired me to create this 13 SPICES CHAI CONCENTRATE. During a trip to Andalucía, I discovered the region’s traditional sourdough biscuits — which is simple, vegan, and full of flavor. I fell in love with their incredible texture, the crunch of whole almonds, and the subtle aroma of anise seeds that made each bite magical. I knew this would be the perfect companion to a warm cup of chai.
Now, these authentic andalusian cookies also “tortas” are part of what makes our chai and cookie pairing so unique.
